A black plastic unit with a red cover and three chrome 4 wire spokes and a deep-sunk centre boss. Where the three chrome spokes join with the rim the plastic is cracked and partly missing but could be easily repaired with Urethane \/ Epoxy perhaps. I can not feel any cracking of the rim through the red cover AND THE SHAPED FINGER GRIPS FEEL TO BE ALL SOLID. To the best I could count It has 48 splines and the boss size is approx. 21mm measured on the smooth surface just below the splines. This wheel had a tape label \"Wolseley\" on it.
