Action plate moves freely, includes points and condenser but NO Vacuum advance. To Suit Morgan, Standard, Triumph - 1951-54 Morgan + 4, 1950-53 Standard Vanguard, 1950-53 Triumph Renown, late 1949 2000 Saloon and Roadster.
