Aftermarket new old stock generic 243.08 rubber gear shift lever stick boot gaiter to suit Austin Morris Wolseley Riley and others. Base is 105mm with natural curve, top hole ID 11mm.  Three equidistant holes around the edge.  Manufacturer Old Auto Rubber Co.
