Original USED Set of SU HD6 carburettors AUC 7081 W, complete with Thermo/Starter Carburettor AUC2761 which has fuel bowl AUC20  then hand scribed 88 (AUC2088),with fuel bowl lid AUC 4261  shown on underside of lid.   This carburettor has a threaded vacuum outlet and matching fitting and pipe to distributor and has damper AUC8103. This carburettor manifold flange is date stamped P 6 which is understood to be the date code for June 1958. The other fuel bowl is marked AUC2009 M and its fuel bowl lid AUC1160 and damper AUC8102, and this carburettor manifold flange is stamped P5 May 1958.  Both carburettors have AUC 2060 pistons and LB1 needles.   The suction chambers are marked with a Z on top adjacent to the damper tube. There are no carburettor connecting or back accelerator arm linkages, other than what is shown in the photos. The pistons move freely and with no detectable movement or wear in butterfly spindles. This set of carburettors is in good used condition. Given the date stamping of 1958 we think they are to suit a Jaguar MK 1 from where it is thought this set came from but this type of SU carburettor were also used on Austin Healey 100-6, Triumph amongst a number of others from that era.
