Lucas Original USED Altette 12 Volt 4.5 Inch Horn part number 069248 Model H51234. Date Stamped 12 / 47 This 12 Volt horn Comes with mounting bracket 701639 and 700920. Looks to be in good condition the surround has been painted silver but comes complete with chrome dome nuts. It is missing the front plate and central dome nut. It also missing one of the the wiring terminal screws. This horn has been TESTED and makes a honking sound.
