Vintage red/brown Bakelite Push button dash starter ignition switch with screw connectors. Button has a good spring the housing has an attractive engine turned bezel fitting but it is but missing the large fixing nut.  It is probably a starter button but could be used for manual washer.  There is no brand or part number. Please see photo(s) - they form part of the description.
